I have a cheap rental in CS that needs a new wood fence. Approx 110 linear feet with 2 gates. Got a quote of $3100 a year ago for tear out of old and install cheap pine. I don't remember the construction specifics... Probably the cheapest method with no rot board etc...

I plan on holding onto the property for another decade. But I believe the HOA requires wood posts so want to stay with wood. Any recommendations on sub or idea of material cost for this.

I just had 110 feet replaced. The cheapest I found was $27/foot and most were quoting $35+/ft.
