ISO - contractor for framing/finishing out office area of metal building

Metal building/shell is completed and now we are looking for a framer (metal studs) and finisher (drywall/paint) for office space (and pseudo living area). Also a small amount of CMU/cinder block walls. About 3,500sf total. Two floors. Calvert area (35 miles north of BCS).

Call Ivan Moran with Moran's Drywall. 936-870-5741
They do everything (framing, drywall, insulation, paint)

I'm pretty sure Ivan closed up shop.

I had him do a commercial job for me in BCS and not long after they finished, they were no where to be found. Even at their shop near Navasota.

But if they are still operating, they did an overall good job. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the area for small jobs.

Yikes - yeah I need to find a stable company. I'm juggling three different construction projects and sometimes these subs give me heartburn!
