Those profiles look rounded on the picture to me. I'd call that a fluted trim, though the spacing and size seems pretty uncommon/custom

Im considering just using fluted door trim and cutting it down to the width/depth i need. I just haven't found a close fluted cabinet trim/moulding

Closest I've seen if you just need to be close in another area. If you want to be exact to cut in somewhere, guessing it might need to be made.

The backside of this door casing looks pretty dang close. I think I'm just going to rip it down to size. Just napkin math says I get I get about 1 3/4 x 9/16 on the cut piece. Seems close to me.
