Hi everyone, I've just moved back to SA after a divorce and I'm looking for stuff to do.

Anyone know of or a part of any softball, bowling, soccer, sand volleyball, etc. Leagues?

I'm trying to get myself out and doing things so I don't stagnate. Any help would be appreciated!

Sorry, I guess I'm pretty stagnant. Not involved with any of those.

I will say that the Aggie Club here is pretty active, and Aggie Park hosts lots of activities. A membership there will prob be a good item for you.

What part of town do you live in?

There is an alumni softball league at Braun and 1604 that plays on Wednesdays.

The San Antonio sports and social club is pretty good. I played kickball with some coworkers this spring and enjoyed it. There are various leagues based on how competitive you want to be. You can sign up as a "free agent" also if you don't have enough players for a team.

Played in that league fall of '07. Glad it's still going on, but it's a trek to get out there from Bulverde. I'll keep you posted

Thanks! Just signed up for volleyball and kickball.

I hate to piggyback on your thread Mano but I'm interested in the same thing.

I was hoping someone here would have info for either of the Aggie alumni teams and know if any players are needed now or later in the fall.

I'm considering joining the SA sports and social club as a free agent if anyone has any reviews about playing there that would be great info also.

Any info is greatly appreciated!

Also piggybacking...looking to get back into playing a little soccer, but would much prefer a team full of Ags rather than a random team.
