Just like all the the airports out there where San Antonio's gates are the furthest from anywhere, San Antonio was somewhere at the end of Blue Bell's roll out. Found 8 flavors at the Oak Park store today - limit 4. Dutch Chocolate just as good as I remember.

We were in Phase 3 out of 5 along with most of their Oklahoma retailers. That's how Blue Bell views San Antonio, like Oklahomans.

I thought they just went wherever sales were highest before. I imagine San Antonio residents are probably more likely to buy HEB's Creamy Creations in place of Blue Bell than the other markets.
