All pretty much encouraged to leave or fired. I have known 2 of the coaches personally. I don't know anything about X's and O's but both men had their priorities straight and were very good for this community. One was very successful before he got here and has been very successful since he left.

Just wondered if it might be a successful coach from the Centex Area, but honestly for this job the advertised pay is pretty low if they want a winer.

I would venture to say in the range of $120K.

I think the job was listed with a max of around $94K if I'm not mistaken.

The problem with the Seguin job is that if you bring someone in and they're successful, they probably aren't staying long. And people around here aren't patient enough to wait for results. So it's like there's a turnstile at the head coaching position.
