Will be staying with family in New Brunfels in July---have 4 condos rented across street from Slitterbaun at the Camp Warnecke. In the past I have been able to rent the Clubhouse at Warnecke for family get together, ie, dinner we bring in from Rudy's etc. This time the Clubhouse is not available. Anyone have a suggestion of a rental place or somewhere that we can gather in the evenings for family time and a meal? There will be 16 of us--8 adults and 8 grands, ages 6 to 18. Perhaps you can recommend a restaurant that might have a private room for us or a rental property nearby where we are staying. We will have cars for transportation but would want a place pretty nearby. Any help appreciated.
