We took a pounding.
Just got mostly dime size and some golf ball at 10 and Callaghan
I'm at my girlfriends apartment and my car is out there getting hosed. How does this work with insurance? Can a body shop pull all of this damage out?
About to get tennis ball sized hail between 1604 and down down. Take cover.
Northstar mall area just took it in the shorts. Golf ball and a few bigger chunks
Tennis ball size hail all over Alamo Heights. Lots of bad sounds of breaking glass.

Seems most was south of bitters and primarily inside 410.

My hood, roof, and curved part of the side of my car where it transitions from side to top is all f'ed.
So pissed. I went down town with my girlfriend and her parents for dinner. Got back to her apartment and just went up to hang out for a minute. Car gets smoked. Should have just come home and got the car in my garage.

Handful of us in the office late. Never seen old fat engineers run so fast to move vehicles from open parking near building (we're lazy too) to inside the parking garage. Hearing the hail hit the top of my truck as I was moving it I thought for sure it was jacked and the windshield was next.

My wife's cousin just posted video to Facebook of the HEB at 1604 and Bandera. The hail broke through the skylights and it was/is raining in the store.

EVERY window west side of house was destroyed -- some looked like they exploded, with glass shot across to other side of rooms.
Just finished covering all of them with plastic liner that luckily had available from contractor for outdoor cabana build. What a mess - will be picking up glass for the next few days. Working from home office with blown out window.

I got hailed on a few weeks ago at my house in Stone Oak. I'm glad I (seemingly) missed this round. Hope everyone stayed safe.
Anyone know if the airport got hit? My car happened to be on the roof of the parking garage this week.
Yeah, I was just east of the airport when it hit. We got some golf ball sized hail for a bit.
Cars in the bar parking lot that didn't make it under cover got dented up pretty good and a couple had their windshields damaged. Good luck.

Not good. Saw a report of 2" diameter hail in the area of Bandera and Guilbeau. There was another report of 3.5" diameter hail at Bandera and Huebner.
Plus store at Bandera and 1604 is closed for, at least, part of today while they clean up.

Good deals on land rovers coming up! Just picked up a loaner this morning all dimpled up. They told me anything more than $500 in repairs and they will likely have to discount them and collect from their insurance company.
BMWs too.

Right near the airport - two new windshields, two new paint jobs to cover all the body work for serious dents in the trucks and a new roof for the house. Not a bad night compliments of Travelers. Apparently got the last Safelite appointment for the next 6 weeks for one of the vehicles. No hope in the near future for the other.
