Not really. Not far, though. La Fogata is a few minutes away and really good. Especially if the weather is nice. Sushihana is very good if you like sushi.

If you have any particular flavor in mind post it and I'm sure there will be other good recommendations. Those above are just some of our favorites.

Don't leave SA without trying Magnolia Pancake Haus. I believe the newest restaurant is on Huebner Road. ARRIVE EARLY! It gets packed quickly. It's that good.

Mencius has good Chinese food.

San Antonio Burger Company has good burgers and very good grilled chicken.

If you like Indian/Pakistani food, Kohinoor is very good. It's on Fredericksburg a few blocks north of Wurzbach.

I know the window has passed, but Thai Taste on Evers is freaking awesome. Some of the best /most authentic Thai I have had in Texas. It gets packed at lunch
