Does anybody know how the hiring process works at Zachry? I applied for a position 3 weeks ago and that position is still posted on their website. Do they leave the position up until it's time for interviews or do they interview while it is still posted? Is it frowned upon to call them and check on the status of the position? Thanks for your help.

I applied there last year. It was at least 2 weeks (don't remember exactly how long) before a recruiter called me. Asked me some basic questions...guess I wasn't a good fit as I didn't hear anything else. They kept the posting up for a while after that. Calling them may not be a bad idea if you have a number.
