We are celebrating our anniversary in August and I was looking for any suggestions to eat. My wife is not a foodie at all so the menu at Cured and Feat really turned her off. So far Silo on 1604 and Biga on the Banks looks pretty good. Anybody reviews or suggestions?

Yea my GF introduced me to Feast one time and needless to say that place is definitely not for everyone (myself included). I personally am obsessed with Wild Fish but I'm also a huge Seafood lover so don't take that to the bank. I highly recommend it though. 1604/_Huebner

We like Bite, small place, low key and decent selection. Silo was really good when we went there and check out Bliss also. I'm not a good eval on foodie versus not, good food and drinks with good service make it for me.

Saw Tommy Lee Jones at Silo Austin Hwy last time I was there. I like it better than the one on 1604 too.

For an Anniversary you should seriously consider Bohannons. Get there early, enjoy a cocktail and music downstairs. Get her the Seabass.

Another recommendation for Silo...that or Kirby's steak house. I wouldn't recommend Biga...place is more hype than substance, can't cook a steak there except for super well done
