Howdy Ags,
I'm a new grad student at UTSA and know absolutely nothing about the city of San Antonio or what it offers, besides the big tourist attractions. I'm actually from the Brazos Valley so I'm more used to the small town atmosphere. I'm just looking for tips and tricks about the city, restaurants, bars, places to hang out, places/areas to avoid, etc. I'll be working (hopefully) and taking a full load of classes, splitting time between main campus and the downtown campus. I know there's lots of Aggies in the area and I'd love to hear input on your city! I'm excited to call San Antonio my home for the next 2 years and know lots of adventures await.

Thanks and Gig Em,

Lock your car doors and don't leave valuables in your ride.

Avoid driving near UTSA during morning/evening rush hour. Although enjoy it now as it will get worse at the end of the month through end of May.

Welcome!
San Antonio is a great town.
It's big, but you'll find your pocket and it will feel small.
Lots of great food and nightlife (where are you living?)
Feel free to pm or email me at aggie k 2005 at gmaildotcom

Hello Brittany!

Rule 1? J/K!

I just moved to SA a few weeks ago, so I can't give you much advice, but I just wanted to say 'hey.' Where in the Brazos Valley are you from? I'm originally from Bryan.

If you hear constant honking, don't question it, just jump in your car and drive around aimlessly honking too.
