To the guy who emailed me about appraising the rural property in Poteet. I'm actually visiting San Antonio and don't work here. I can't of on to my email to respond at the minute and the only recommendation I know in the San Antonio area is a texags poster named pbubel. I've communicated with him a few times over the years and have read his posts. He seems like a good guy. The fee for something you are wanting done is probably $5-600. At least that's what I would charge. Sorry I'm not of more help.

Post a thread on the real estate board. I'm sure he will find it fairly quickly.
