They are taking a 350,000 SF warehouse over at Brooks City Base as well. Lot of inventory for same day prime in the SA area.

I think the apt complex is still on the agenda....low income housing and a warehouse.

Imagine the traffic now on West Ave/Interpark/Wood Valley/Walker Ranch. That single traffic light at West & Interpark is already a nightmare. Plus 50+ mph traffic cutting thru Bluffview to avoid the Bitters/West lights.

Clearly, we are not Councilman John Courage's priority since we are not Stone Oak or Deerfield.

Already have a FedEx sort facility so Amazon wont make too much diff plus the entrance exit is allegedly on the Parkway not Interpark

Diehard and Mookie are neighbors

Oh boy

Drove past the lot and they have cleared out a ton of brush

There is a huge homeless camp set up in there

Half of Targets shopping carts are at bum park

Guess the constables office must feed the strays

Saw dumpsters on site off of Interpark and work being done to clear trash off site.

Saw 2 methhead bums almost get run over leaving their camp ground on west ave

Def need to shut down west and put in more sidewalks as clearly they didnt have time over the last 10 years when they had it shut down

Amazon bailed it's going to be warehouses that are going to destroy the parkway

Well shoot, either way affecting my drive already.

Didn't realize AR Utilities could handle a job that big.
