Hey y'all. The recent ice storm has left our family without power and water in Gillespie County for at least the next month. We were at ground zero of this thing, and there are 60+ utility poles laying on the ground in our immediate (rural) area. Power company tells me that it would be 3 or 4 weeks (at best) before power will be restored.

We need a place to stay that has at the very minimum a kitchen of some sort. I'm going to look at Staybridge Suites today, but if any of y'all have any other recommendations for short-term lodging along the I-10 corridor, I would be beholden to those suggestions.

That's a good start. A few in the Rim but probably more expensive as for the location
