Some good restaurants in the Pearl area. Been to Southerleigh and enjoyed it, but it may be too steak-heavy for you.

If it's a nice day, make a reservation for the patio at La Fonda on Main. The cucumber jalapeño margarita and the oak grilled flank steak are my favorite.

Very nice. Most of these old family restaurants have loyal, long standing staffs. Not a time for them to have to find new digs.

I've got nothing against La Fogata, just remember when it was several tables and a small bar. Now it's a big production and long waits.
