With the construction going on at the Alamo, is it still worth the visit? I'm wanting to bring my son (10 year old) there for his spring break, but I just saw that there is a long term remodel going on now...

There are good ghost tours in downtown SA as well.

Yes, thankfully they are restoring the Alamo to be a full museum plaza. No more Ridley's and tourist crap across the street
