Anyone else get one of these letters? I know I can't say no, but my first response to their offer will be "too low".

You can say no, it's optional to participate in the street light program. They need an easement which you have to agree to and sign so if you don't want one no is all you need to say.

I went to our meeting. Essentially they have been given funds to improve lighting in San Antonio. They are asking for a utility easement in order to add lights where there have determined a lack of light.

You can say no And they will take you off of list.

You have to have 5ft clearance on both sides of property line. Here in Monte Vista that is very rare so most are saying no.
