Please forgive me if this isn't the correct place to post this within the site. I was asked by Ed's family to get the word out to his many friends in Aggieland and since he had such close ties with the corps I figured this would be a good method.

The family typed it up and sent it to me so I used it as it was for the paper. However, it really leaves out HUGE parts of Ed's life.
He was a mentor to many young Aggies even before that became his official occupation. He funded many corp trips and a lot of outfit gear with personal funds. Traveled along on many FTX's over the years with various outfits and with the Ranger Challenge team. All in all, one would be hard pressed to find a single person that has done as much to promote the University, and specifically the Corp.
