I still don't understand why they even want to do something special in the first place. Part of the "special snowflake" attitude that affects our entire culture. If you go above and beyond in Cyber Warfare, you get an AF commendation medal. Being late to your WoW raid because of a great hack is not considered a sacrifice or risk above and beyond the duties of an airman that would warrant the creation of a new medal.
