My daughter is living in Clarksville TN. We are in the process of purchasing a house and since we live in BCS we are unfamiliar with the area.

Hoping someone here may have recommendations on neighborhoods we should pay attention to or stay away from?

We have visited so I do know the overall area, just not what others would know actually living there. Like everyone else, don't want to make a bad investment.
