Anyone used a military transitioning service to find employment in the private sector? Looking for a service to help with placement after retirement. Cameron Brooks targets company grade Os under 33 years old. Any experiences with Lucas Group?

Working with CB now. I go to my career conference this Friday. I'll let you know how it goes, but this far their assistance has been great. I also know two Marine Captains who recently placed through LG. They don't do as much preparation as CB, but I think they provide some great opportunities to well qualified servicemen.

Orion is another decent one. I was talking with them while pending career designation board results.

Thanks. I interviewed with CB a few years ago but was told that they are targeting the company grade officer crowd and those under 32ish. No love for the prior enlisted guy who got his act together a little too late.
