***Staff, I have cross posted this in hopes it gets more coverage, hope that is ok***
Friends & Fellow Aggies-
Some of you may have known Todd but others maybe not. Either way, I am asking for your support toward this effort. On June 8, 2013, while LTC Todd Clark '94 was serving in Afghanistan on his FIFTH tour during the War on Terror, he lost his life. In 2010, during his fourth tour, he was critically injured by an IED (improvised explosive device) and spent months at Walter Reed in Washington D.C. He could have hung up the uniform after that – certainly he had done enough. But DUTY pushed him to return for that fifth and final tour of service. In addition to being a Class of 1994 member of Boozin' B-2 in the Corps of Cadets, Todd was a highly decorated soldier, earning several Bronze Stars and the Purple Heart, among other medals and accolades. However, aside from his service to this country, he was a close friend to many. He leaves behind a grieving widow, Shelley, and two sweet kids, Collin (15) and Madison (13). As his friends and supporters there is nothing we can say to ease the pain and loss that Todd's children feel but we can do something to give our support.
