My fiancee is seperating from the air force. When she received an email from AFPC it stated that after completing initial seperation paperwork she needs to visit her medical standards management element (ESME) section at her local medical treatment facility. Who does she need to contact at Lackland in SA concerning this? Thank you so much.

I did my out processing meeting with my primary care practitioner. Just call her regular doctor and make an appointment for medical out processing.

"Separate" is one of the words I have always had trouble with...seems like no matter how many times I look it up I always am in doubt the next time. I would foist it off on age, but it began a long time ago.
