Apparently they went through video footage from 6-12 security cameras in the viscinity and they don't back up his story.

This is strange all the way around. Heben owns a gun. It doesn't match what shot him, so he didn't shoot himself. But, he has three convictions for forgery related to controlled substances. Wouldn't those be felonies? If so, he shouldn't have a gun. Maybe those crimes are misdemeanors in Ohio.

Which brings up my theory. Heben may have a substance abuse problem, given the prescription fraud convictions. Was he trying to buy drugs somewhere and got ripped off and shot? And then made up this story as a cover?

If he's the one using the painkillers he had the phony scrips for, there might be a possibility he used a different gun to shoot himself. I've heard of people swallowing razor blades to get a trip to the ER and their hands on meds.

The drug issue was related to steroids.
