A&M exactly as I remember it (I was a fish in 1967). These videos are from 1960-1964 and capture day-to-day life as well as parades and Corps trips. Video from A&M-tu in 1963 and the Bonfire that never was. Kyle Field as it used to be. (I was at that A&M-tu game.) Taken by a guy in the Band Class of '64. The Snow Wars video has been on Texags before.

You couldn't tell 1963 from 1983 except for the civilian clothes and buildings.

VERY COOL!

FDT in the 1960-70s practiced drill on a level of difficulty that is unattempted in the world today. I wish that this video were in higher resolution but even in the grainy distance you can tell that this is an order of magnitude harder (moves & the tempo) than what it done today by FDT or the Marine Corps silent drill team.

I was in the Fightin' Texas Band, Class of '64. I love the videos. Thanks to my evil step-dad, I have no pictures of those fabulous years. I did not see myself in any of the pictures but I did see many of the individuals I shared precious times with. It was great to see pictures of my fish roommate, Larry Burgoon.

David Jones, director of the Texas Aggie Band video, was a fellow fish in the White Band. I saw Jim Hottenroth, Class of 64, who was commander of the Maroon Band and later killed in Vietnam – a senseless, horrible war that took the lives of way too many Aggies and many other Americans.

Thanks.
