This may have already been addressed, but when is step-off, what is the route, where will the reviewing stand be?

Step off will be decided once game time is decided. I can't answer the other questions.

The Corps will march into Ft Worth on Saturday, 27 Sep, at 9am, prior to the game against Arkansas at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington (that's assuming we have an afternoon or evening kickoff against Arkansas. A morning kickoff means NO march-in). The route of the march-in is as follows:

Step-off at 9 am in front of the Convention Center down Commerce Street to 1st Street.
Left on 1st Street to Houston Street.
Left on Houston to 9th Street.
Left on 9th Street.
Reviewing Stand is in front of the Convention Center on 9th Street.
Corps turns right on Commerce Street after passing in review.
March-in ends at Commerce and 14th Street.
