I'm looking for a contact at DFAS I can call to speak to an actual person. The automated phone system at DFAS is worthless. It keeps saying my information can't be found and hangs up on me. I've been receiving LES statements ever since I was discharged 14 years ago and they've been accruing SGLI debt against me because they think I've been skipping reserve drills all this time.
