2 years ago, my daughter and I stayed at a hotel in Goa, India and we encountered a group of Marines at the swim-up bar in the pool. Had a nice chat with them. One thing for sure, I knew that if anybody tried to pull anything, we'd be in good shape.

Sounds like this was a situation where the USMC on leave had to take care of business and did just that. Impressive!

Have we deployed any fighters to S Korea yet or flown B-52 or B-2 flights near the N Korean border? I haven't heard of any actions like that yet. If we do, that will mean it's at least semi-serious.
