Here's a great note from the Commandant sharing his thoughts on the successful FOW event a few weeks ago. It's another strong year for new fish in the Corps. Special thanks to all of the volunteers supporting this important event.

From the Commandant of the Corps of Cadets
My sincere thanks to the many CCA volunteers who made FOW such a big success yesterday. We received many compliments about the many folks wearing CCA shirts who selflessly gave of their personal time to help make the transition for so many young men and women - and their parents - into the Corps of Cadets a smooth one. I was personally extremely pleased to see all of the CCA volunteers who were doing all they could to help the new cadet parents go through in-processing - an emotional event for many who were saying goodbye to their first child to leave their home. Your efforts were exceptional and made a big difference in the success of FOW in-processing, and I am sincerely grateful to all of you who were a part of it. The CCA has been an integral part of the success we have achieved in the Corps the last few years, and we are grateful for the great relationship we have between the Office of the Commandant, the Corps of Cadets, and the CCA. We could not have achieved the success we have achieved over the last 5 years without the support of the CCA. Thanks again to all of you who played such a huge role in the success of FOW for the Class of 2019 yesterday. Another reason why the Corps of Cadets is such a special organization that lasts a lifetime!
God Bless our Corps, and God Bless the CCA!
