Any Navy guys have success in obtaining their Sea Service transcripts for their MMC (Merchant Marine Credentials). I have been going back and forth for over a year now with no success.

Since my first request back in August 2014, I just received my military records on CD a week ago, only took over a year and 8 requests. Luckily, I have the required info in the record.
