Just heard from the course:
We have evaluated the golf course and unfortunately we are not going to be able to host the even today. WE have had over 7 inches of rain and we are unplayable today with flooding today. Let me know if you would like to try and schedule a make-up date for the event.

We will work to try to make it up to everyone. Ideas appreciated....

Leslie, I played in the tournament last year. I was planning on playing this year , but things sorta went bad right around when the tourney was originally scheduled. If the tourney hasn't already been rescheduled and completed, this Aggie Veteran would Love to be a participant when it is rescheduled, Especially if you have any Veteran sponsorships still available. If you have already completed the rescheduled tourney, I look forward to next year's tourney. GIG'EM

I should have a firm plan to announce tomorrow.

We are looking at a few dates with the course, and will make that decision tomorrow.

The alternative will be to send out vouchers for a round of golf with the goody bags that were already to go. The players can then pick a time that works for them to be in town.

I have heard support for both options (reschedule vs vouchers), so I don't think there is a way to accommodate everyone.
