I had the opportunity to see this today. As I recall, this uniform was acquired years ago. A woman whose husband had passed away mentioned that she had some old uniforms in a closet and wondered if anyone might want them. It turned out that her husband had been a Colonel and served as the Adjutant to James Earl Rudder.
