Moved to Europe for work this past summer and have been addicted to local pizza made with buffalo milk mozzarella. It is truly amazing, and I want to use this for pizza back in the states once I come home. Is anyone able to get this stateside at a local grocer? They also use the best tomatoes. Definitely try it if you love pizza!

Sadly travel is going away at least till the spring, but I can still get the good pizza.

If you have a legit Italian grocery in your town it can be had. Was one in Houston we got some great meat, cheese, pasta, etc when we still lived there. After having buffalo mozzarella and prosciutto in Italy my mind was blown.

In DFW, Jimmy's, Central Market, and Whole Foods would be where I'd look. Jimmy's also has some outstanding Tomatoes at times.

Good to hear it can be had a home. I lived off Naples pizza for two weeks and it was glorious, crazy pepperonis and cheeses. All pizza stone baked!. Nice wine!

Can't wait till summer again.

I believe that Mr. G's in Bryan uses buffalo milk mozzarella.

Had it again this past Friday, it's our end of week tradition now. The Italian guy we order from is hilarious, taught my daughter to yell, "Ciao Bello" and "Ciao Bella". I'll try to take a picture and see how it compares to everyone else's Naples pizza experiences.

Apparently there's a place in Blanco opening after the new year specializing in Buffalo milk products (including mozzarella)...
