The best grilled cheese sandwich I think I've ever tasted! Started it off with 2 slices of Easy Tiger Bakery Sour Dough Boule. Coated the inside of both with a very healthy spread of soft goat cheese. I sprinkled Adam's Reserve brand Italian Bread dipper seasoning over that. Then added shredded Italian cheese blend (HEB). That was it for the inside. Here's a little secret I've learned...I pop it in the microwave just long enough to get the cheese starting to melt (helps with the "meltyness" of the final product)...10-15 seconds each side. Lastly I melted a blend of butter and extra virgin olive oil and a bit more of the Italian bread dipper seasoning. Pan fried in cast iron until heavy golden brown.

Served that bad boy with tomato basil soup from La Madeleine. **** was da bomb!!! This is definitely getting added to the regular fall/winter rotation.
