I bought this one mainly for slicing bacon uniformly. Works fine for my uses.

Will your purchase be only for slicing this coppa? Or will you be planning to do other things with it?
How do you feel about cleaning the meat slicer once done as well?
How do you feel about big bulky kitchen products?
What's an overall budget?

These questions can really help narrow in on a recommendation

I anticipate using it for other projects such as corned beef and bacon. Cleaning isn't a problem. Would prefer a smaller device and price is a secondary concern. Thanks for your thoughts.
