I'm guessing some (most?) people are doing stews or soups or chili of some type.

I'm going to make a pepperoni pizza later, have some pizza dough that's cold fermented in the fridge for 48 hours.

I cooked a two-tip yesterday along with some beans and tomato soup. I won't have to cook anything until Tuesday.

I was tempted to make tomato soup earlier, but think I'll use the tomatoes for a pizza sauce, instead.

Fired up the gas grill and flame broiled cheese stuffed burgers for lunch. Cooking in 15 degrees was fun.

I made a little over two gallons of gumbo, which would normally mean I share w friends and extended family. But since we're snowed in, looks like we're each going to put down 64 oz, unless I decide the neighbors are worthy.

A family friend/neighbor was without power yesterday. My father took her some food since they couldn't leave the house because her daughter is immunocompromised. Today, I brought them some hot food for lunch.

Italian sweet sausage, peppers, onions, and mozzarella.

So far I've made the Carne Guisada from Fido's recipe on here, Flammkuchen (kind of a German pizza my wife and I had when we visited Germany last year), and now some creamy chicken chili.

Glad I grabbed a bunch of extra meals when I went to H-E-B on Saturday.
