I've got the pork belly part down. Looking for a cherry habanero glaze that I had at a steak house.

Anyone have one they'd share. I've searched the interweb and have not found anything I like.

I don't have a recipe but you could order some of this or some of their rib candy. Rib candy is an awesome glaze.

We carry their lineup at Creekstone and love them. They are great for burnt ends, pork butt, even ribs.

I served burnt ends with a habanero cherry sauce with cowboy candy (candied jalapenos)

OMG! It was so good.
