Agua de Jamaica (Hibiscus tea)
Orange juice
Lime juice
Sugar
Tequila
Orange liquer
Muddled pineapple
Caramelized pineapple
Sugar/tajin on the rim

Pineapple and orange slice got muddled. Added a squeeze of Orange and lime because I had it. Added grand Marnier and tequila. Splash of agua de Jamaica. Shake the shaker.

Pour into glass halfway up. Fill the rest with topo Chico. Orange slice and Caramelized pineapple for garnish.

Nine ingredient cocktails are fine if you can batch them ahead of time, and just add ice later. Your hamburger analogy is off because I'm only making my hamburger; I'm not making them for all my guests. The last thing I want to do when hosting a party is play bartender. But if that's your thing, have at it.

I had the ingredients and we needed to consume the fruit before our vacation next week. Lots of ingredients but worth every bit of it. One of the better tropical cocktails I've made in a while.

i'd drink it. but yeah, that many ingredients demands a batch recipe so you can just pour over ice or whatever and top with seltzer.
