As some of you know, my son is home from college this summer and has been making custom cutting boards and other solid wood stuff.
I showed one off here that he surprised me with a few weeks ago as a gift and had a few people reach out and ask if any like it were available.
He just finished this beast today.
It's solid, live edge pecan (he's a design major, so he left the natural curves of the live edge in place instead of squaring it off for a bit of character, haha, I think it looks great)
Specs:
21 3/4" wide
16 1/2" tall (highest point)
15" tall (shortest point)
1 1/2" thick
3/4" wide x 3/8" deep juice groove
Grooved handholds on the underside for grip
Thing probably weighs 7 or 8 lbs.
