Did you know you can get your steaks dry aged for free in B/CS? Readfield meats will do it all for you. You just buy the entire roast and have them dry age it for you. They will then cut it into steaks of your desired thickness, and vacuum seal them or wrap them in butcher paper for you once the dry aging is complete. No extra charge for this. I always do the strip roast for steaks, and a ribeye roast for Christmas. I like to go at least 28 days, up to 35. It's incredible how much taste difference there is. You can actually just call them and place your order, then pick it up and pay for it when it's ready.
