Trader Joe's Brioche New England style hotdog buns.
Buttah
Lobstah - equivalent of two 6 ounce tails per roll. $5.99 for North Atlantic 5 oz tails at HEB.
Steam lobstah ten minutes, shell, chop into 3/4" chunks, toss in buttah lightly season if you have to.
Grill buns inside and out with lots of buttah. More buttah.
Stuff lobstah in rolls.
Serve with Toppling Giants King Sue New England style double IPA. Our HEB and Spec's had it until I purchased all they had.
