Howdy. It is that time of the year again and unfortunately my tamale connection in the area is retiring from the business.

Does anyone have any recommendations on where I can order a few dozen for the holidays?

Does not matter if family affair, or a local restaurant in town.

Their tamales are good. They usually only have pork, but if you ask nicely, they might make you some puerco verde tamales.

Called la Familia earlier. Closed Thursday and Friday. Will be open Saturday with chicken verde and pork red. No other options and no need to preorder for Saturday. Planning on picking up some sat am for my tailgate
