They use farmed shrimp from Central America. It's good and I'm a regular customer, but you won't mistake it for fresh gulf shrimp

Thanks a lot! Me and my wife love all the seafood and always keen to discover new seafood restaurants around. We are always happy with the dolphin bar and shrimp house customer service, but of course it gets boring in one point and you can't go all the time to same place, even though the food is really great.
