What are y'all making this year? It's on a Friday, so I'm wanting to do a little more than the typical fajitas, etc. Margaritas will be on tap for sure.

I'm throwing a large party Friday at 6. I've got;
~25 lbs of meat (5 taco meat, 7.5 pork carnitas, 7 carne asada, and 36 hot dogs)
120oz of chips w/50 oz salsa, 32oz of white queso and 32oz of guac
~230 tortillas of different sizes
5 lb of refried beans
5 lb of shredded cheese
3 lb sour cream
A pinata full of cheap chinese junk and candy for the kiddos.
Margarita machine with 4L of tequila w/12.25L of mix, 24 modelos and 12 negro mods (It's advertised as BYOB.. but gotta have something to get it going)
My body is ready.

We're making birria
I'm going to a baseball game that day, but I had Baja fish tacos tonight. I make Mexican at least once a week, sometimes twice, so I don't really need a day for it.
