I just heard that he got his vocal nodes treated and he can perform again. He performed at Red Dirt in Tyler this weekend.

I saw him last spring at Railbird last spring and it one of the best shows I've seen, even though it was 45 minutes.

But I've also seen him drop 30 minutes of new stuff in a set and kill the whole vibe.

Did you or anyone try rosslers blue cord bbq?

I met him two years ago when he was getting started around the Fort Hood area. Solid dude and always had his two daughters (maybe 6 and 8 at the time) helping him sell and cook. They are learning from an early age about working hard to put food on the table.


BBQ was delicious too

They had crab cakes and smoked ribeye that were very good. Probably the longest line at the event.

His line was too long and we got here. What we tried was good, but a lot of places were cleaned out by the time we got here at 2 PM. Very few brought enough meat except some of the really big restaurants.
