A replacement for huy fongs sriracha (the one with the rooster on the front)? With the shortage and inflated prices, it's hard to find the original

No. When are they going to be available again? It's been at least a year or two since I've seen any in stores.

Anything that remotely tastes the same?

I think this is decent honestly but I'm no Sriracha snob by any means. As long as it has that kick in good with it.

I've seen it at Academy, in the BBQ and Grilling section, and sometimes at HEB.TyHolden said:
Where can you get the Yellowbird siracha? I like their habanero sauce.
Yeah, I really like the chili garlic. Bought some from a local Indian store here in Virginia. Got different sambal sauce though.David Happymountain said:
Any alternatives for the Huy Fong chili garlic or sambal oelek? Those are both effing delicious and I like them more so than sriracha.

And regarding the OP. Was at Trader Joe's yesterday. They have their own brand of Sriracha. I'm not a huge fan of it, so didn't buy any. Can't vouch for it. Doubt you have a Trader Joes nearby you though.
