Howdy, been making standard No Knead Bread for years, usually using King Arthur Bread Flour, sometimes French T-55 (favorite). Just wondering besides the 'normal' anyone got any special or different No Knead recipes they wanna share???

The New York Times has a great recipe - easy as hell and can be used for all kinds of things. I've baked it multiple times with no issues, and I'm generally not much on the baking side of thigns.

If you're talking about a typical country loaf, there's not really all that much variation to play with in the realm of no-knead recipes. It kind of just is what it is. If you want to step up your game a little you could start incorporating some stretch-and-folds during bulk ferment (to help strengthen gluten even more), and extended proofing in the fridge (to build a richer flavor).

I never knead. That's what a KitchenAid and bread hook attachment are for.
