My wife and I are currently in search of awesome espresso martini recipes. Trying a couple each week. We've learned we prefer ones with heavy cream or Bailey's and heavier on the kahlua instead of vodka.

Anyone have a good recipe? Or any tips? TIA.

Honestly using that description you could just go with a White Russian. My wife enjoys espresso martinis but hates The Big Lebowski, she said she wouldn't drink a White Russian due to his affinity for them. One night I was making drinks and she said she wanted an espresso martini, so I just made a White Russian and poured it into a martini glass, and she loved it. She was less than thrilled that I tricked her but couldn't argue that I was right that she'd like them. You can reinforce the coffee flavor with a coffee-flavored vodka or add in some cold brew coffee.

White Russian
2 parts vodka
1 part Kahlua
1 part heavy cream

This is the best one you'll ever have.

1 shot of actual espresso. The better the espresso the better the martini.
1.5 oz of vodka.
3/4 oz of Liqueur 43
3/4 oz of Borghetti

Shake the hell out of it with ice, then pour.

If you want it sweeter or creamier add 1/2 oz of Baileys.
