Every holiday we make a new pre meal drink. This year it's LIIT.

My recipe:

Half an ounce of rum, vodka, gin and tequila.
Ounce of triple Sec.
Ounce of Coke
Half ounce of lemon juice.

Pour over crushed ice from Sonic.

Serve with a slice of lemon.

You forgot the 151 Rum float on top!

Note: Sadly, they don't seem to make 151 anymore, but that's what we always topped ours with.

There are several ovenproof rums available. Try Lemon Hart, Wray & Nephew or if you want to go big, OFTD.

Not exactly Long Island, but it tastes similar and will do the trick:

Fill pint glass w ice

1/2 oz Jack
1/2 oz Crown
1/2 oz Soco
1/2 oz Amaretto

Fill it with sweet n sour

Splash of Coke

It's been 22 years and the thought of drinking one of these still makes me want to be sick.
